1. Ticketing Partners
DV Live Pty Ltd promotes and presents live events in Australia. Tickets for events may be sold via DV Live’s own platform (tickets.dvlive.com.au) or through authorised ticketing agents such as Ticketmaster or other nominated partners. Please ensure you purchase tickets only through official channels listed on this site or linked from our social media and newsletters.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure event details, dates, pricing, venues, and other information are accurate at the time of publication. However, all details are subject to change without notice. Always check the official ticketing link for the most up-to-date information.
3. Refunds and Returns Policy
Tickets purchased to DV Live events are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law or if:
• An event is cancelled
• An event is rescheduled or relocated and you are unable to attend the new time or location
Refunds in these cases will be processed via the original ticketing agent and returned to the original payment method.
DV Live and its authorised ticketing partners do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, or external factors (e.g., weather, transport delays).
Exchanges or credits may be offered in limited cases at the discretion of the event promoter. If you require assistance, please contact the customer support team listed on your ticket confirmation.
4. Unauthorised Sellers
DV Live is not responsible for tickets purchased via unauthorised sellers or resale websites. Tickets obtained through these channels may be invalid and may not guarantee entry to the event.
5. Use of the Website
This website is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the site or interfere with its normal operation, security, or content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and logos—is owned or licensed by DV Live and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without express written permission.
7. Marketing and Promotions
The Promoter is DV Live Pty Ltd. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the Promoter are ineligible to enter. The Promotion commences and closes on the dates outlined on the entry form. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
The Promotion will be governed by the laws of Australia.
Each prize will be allocated to an individual prize winner. Each prize may contain multiple tickets to an upcoming production as well as other items, as outlined on the entry form. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Entrants may be required to enter using social media and answer a question “in 25 words or less.” Entry is by means of social media.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
The social media post and these terms form part of the conditions of entry. By entering the competition, entrants agree to the conditions of entry.
Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit, and the winners selected by a representative of DV Live. The draw will take place at the time and date outlined on the entry form and the winners will be notified by means of email or social media direct message.
Entrants agree that the Promoter may use the personal information they provide for promotional purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or loss of earnings) or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the Promotion, any omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize or the prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
8. Privacy
Any personal data collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and only use your information to deliver our services or send marketing communications you’ve opted into.
